It is deep-going to the critical equations and models. I have used it for drying, centrifugation and fluid flow. It also has a handy reference for more fundamental information relevant to process design projects. The physical properties are more limited. But it's worth the cost. Professor Albright has engaged some really insightful experts in each of the chemical engineering areas investigated in his handbook.
